Why is this company so bad! No customer service at all! I just want my money back and their is no live person to talk with! Horrible!
Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!

What is the estimated delivery time on orders?
Mine took a month to get a p[atrial order and then an additional 4 weeks for most of the rest of it but then it was the wrong sizes.

There delivery time varies. After you place your order, you'll receive an ETA (estimate time of arrival) message, but the delivery date is an estimate. Unfortunately, Epic Sports will not provide updates to the delivery schedule/date if your items are delayed. They're also shaky on sending multiple shipments, so your entire order may be held up for one item. If you're looking for guaranteed delivery, I would look elsewhere.
